1. Delivery Areas & Payment Terms

• Within Lahore:
  We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders delivered within Lahore.
• Outside Lahore (Other Cities in Pakistan):
  Orders from other cities require a 50% advance payment. The remaining amount (if any) can be paid on delivery or as communicated at the time of order confirmation.

2. Delivery Timeline

All orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout or communicated directly via WhatsApp before finalizing the order.

4. Product Colors & Appearance

Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly due to:

• Lighting and angles during photography
• Differences in camera or mobile display settings
• Unique textures or hand-finished details on ceramic items
• We strive to represent all products as accurately as possible in our photos.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp. Be sure to share photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
